Chillicothe man Harold Maynard Jr., 23, killed in SR-104 crash; driver seriously hurt

Ross County

A Chillicothe man was killed Sunday in a one-vehicle crash on State Route 104 in Ross County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Harold Edward Maynard Jr., 23, of Chillicothe, was a passenger in a 2005 Jeep Wrangler that crashed near milepost 14 on SR-104. Maynard was ejected from the Jeep and died of his injuries.

The driver, Albert Stotridge Jr., 29, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

Troopers from the patrol’s Chillicothe Post are investigating the crash. No other details were released Sunday evening.
