How to play: five hometown words fit together, some across, some down. Tap a square, then tap a letter (or the letter first, then the square). A right letter locks in green for +5 points; a wrong one costs 1 point. Get 3 in a row and you're on a roll — placements pay double until a miss (and a miss on a roll only ends the roll, no points lost). Finishing a word pays +25, and finishing two words with one letter pays a jackpot. The clues are the stories behind the names — every one from Ross, Pickaway, Pike, Scioto, Gallia, Vinton, Highland, Franklin and the counties around them. Everybody plays the same puzzle today. A new one comes tomorrow. Typing a whole word straight through works too: letters already filled in are skipped over as you type.
