A woman taken into custody in Chillicothe was found to have an active felony warrant out of Franklin County, according to jail and court records.
Haleigh Jean Ingham, 32, was arrested on April 1, 2026, by the Chillicothe Police Department and booked into the Ross County Jail.
Records indicate Ingham was wanted out of Franklin County on a felony third-degree charge of tampering with records, stemming from an indictment filed on March 31, 2026. A warrant had been issued for her arrest in that case.
Following her arrest in Chillicothe, Ingham was held in custody at the Ross County Jail on the outstanding warrant.
Court records show the Franklin County case remains active, with arraignment proceedings pending.
Ingham is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
