COLUMBUS — Joseph Bryant of Reynoldsburg stood in courtroom 4D of Franklin County Municipal Court on Friday, Oct. 9, to be arraigned on a first-degree felony charge of raping a child under 13.
The case, number 2026 CR A 017312, appears on the court’s daily arraignment report for Oct. 9, according to court records.
Rape of a victim under 13 is a first-degree felony under Ohio law, carrying some of the most severe penalties in the state criminal code.
