A Bainbridge man, Harry Duffield Jr. is facing multiple alcohol-related offenses after being cited and arrested three separate times in March, according to court and jail records.
On March 13, 2026, Duffield was issued a citation for open container my the Ross County Sheriffs Office.
Just two weeks later, on March 27, 2026, he was arrested and charged with Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) again by the Ross County Sheriffs Office. Court records show he entered a not guilty plea and was released on his own recognizance, with conditions including no alcohol or drug use. A pre-trial hearing in that case is scheduled for April 22, 2026.
Despite those conditions, the man was arrested again on March 31, 2026, by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on another OVI-related offense. He was booked into the Ross County Jail later that evening.
Court records also indicate a separate case stemming from earlier in the month was continued after the defendant failed to appear, with arraignment now set for April 22, 2026.
The cases remain pending in Chillicothe Municipal Court.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
