A Grove City man is being held at the Franklin County jail at Jackson Pike on two felony cases, two misdemeanor charges, and a federal holder, after his arraignment Saturday in Franklin County Municipal Court.
Stephan McNeill, 34, is charged in case 2026 CR A 016831 with burglary, a second-degree felony alleging trespass in a habitation with another person present and intent to commit a criminal offense, and in case 2026 CR A 013411 with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, the felony fleeing and eluding charge, according to court records. The sheriff’s booking record spells his middle name Cornelious. Companion misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing and domestic violence threats were also before the court. The court record does not describe the incidents behind the charges or identify any other person.
Sheriff’s records show McNeill is held at Jackson Pike (booking 20261029028) with a federal felony holder dated October 29, 2026, and bond not set on the municipal cases at his courtroom 4D arraignment.
McNeill is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. A Franklin County grand jury will review the felony filings.
