A 24-year-old Frankfort man was killed early Tuesday after a single-vehicle rollover crash in Ross County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers from the Chillicothe Post said the crash happened around 3:47 a.m. Sept. 15 on County Road 550 near Heather Drive in Concord Township.
Collin Fout was driving a 2023 Jeep Wrangler southeast on County Road 550 when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the right side of the road, overturned and struck a utility pole, troopers said. Fout was ejected from the Jeep.
Concord Township EMS took Fout to Adena Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
County Road 550 was closed for about two hours while crews worked the scene and cleared the wreckage.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted by Concord Township Fire and EMS, South Central Power and BB Towing. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
