Kevin Shane Smith
Smith was booked Thursday, November 5, at 5:35 a.m. into the Ross County Jail on a charge of breaking and entering. He is held with no bond. The Ross County Sheriff’s Office is listed as the arresting agency.
Rebecca Jean Snow
Snow was booked Thursday, November 5, at 10:05 a.m. into the Ross County Jail on a charge of possession of drugs. She is held with no bond. The Ross County Sheriff’s Office is listed as the arresting agency.
Charges are not a conviction. All three are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
