A crash just before 1 a.m. Thursday closed U.S. 23 in both directions at the Pickaway-Franklin county line, according to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office issued an advisory urging drivers to find another route and gave no timeline for reopening the highway.
A later advisory, issued at about 1:40 a.m., said one lane was open in each direction at the county line.
Neither the sheriff’s office nor the Ohio State Highway Patrol has released any information about injuries as of Thursday morning.
