Ross County Woman Jailed After Bond Revoked in Burglary Case

ROSS COUNTY, OH — A Chillicothe woman facing a felony burglary charge was taken into custody Thursday after a Ross County court revoked her bond and issued a warrant for her arrest.

Court records show Breanna R. Haller is charged with fourth-degree felony burglary under Ohio Revised Code 2911.12. The criminal case was filed July 8.

Haller had previously been released on her own recognizance with pretrial supervision requirements. A July 27 court entry required her to report to probation weekly in person and have no contact with the alleged victim.

According to the court docket, Haller was scheduled for a pretrial conference on August 14 at 10:45 a.m. Later that day, a bench warrant was filed and the court entered an order revoking her bond and directing that a warrant be issued for her arrest.

Records indicate the warrant was returned by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 1:50 p.m. on August 14, with Deputy Tatyana Myers listed in connection with the return.

Jail records show Haller was booked into the Ross County Jail at 1:11 p.m. on August 14 and was being held on the burglary case with a warrant-related hold and no bond listed.

Haller is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
