A Ross County woman was arrested over the weekend and booked into the Ross County Jail on a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge.
According to jail records, Nichole Alteaann Swisher, 37, was arrested by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 1:09 a.m. on June 21, 2026. She was booked into the Ross County Jail just minutes later at 1:13 a.m.
The arresting Officer is listed as Jacob Johansen
Swisher has been charged with drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor (M4) under Ohio law. Jail records indicate no bond had been entered at the time of the latest update, and no court date or disposition had yet been listed.
The case remains pending in court.
As with all criminal cases, the charge is an allegation, and Swisher is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
