ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Ross County man was taken into custody this week after a warrant was issued in connection with a recent felony indictment.
According to Ross County Common Pleas Court records, Bruce A. Mahon was indicted on September 4, 2026, on two felony charges: failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, and possession, a fifth-degree felony.
Court records show prosecutors requested a warrant following the indictment, and the warrant was issued to the Ross County Sheriff. The docket indicates the warrant was served on Mahon on September 17.
