A Pickaway County man is being held in the Pickaway County Jail after being booked Wednesday on a charge of Fugitive From Justice, according to jail records.
Randall Dean Westfall, 58, was booked into the jail on June 17, 2026, at approximately 5:29 p.m. Records show the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office as the reporting agency.
