A Chillicothe woman is currently in custody on a felony drug charge following the service of an indictment warrant, according to jail and court records.
Jodie Lynn Smart, 45, is being held at the Ross County Jail after being taken into custody on April 28, 2026.
Court records show Smart was indicted on a charge of possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony, under Ohio law. The case was originally filed on November 7, 2025.
