CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man is charged with using weapons while intoxicated in a case filed Monday in Chillicothe Municipal Court.

Derrick B. Spetnagel’s case was filed October 12, one of 12 criminal filings the court took in that day.
