Reynoldsburg Man, 41, Charged With Felonious Assault in Franklin County

Two men from opposite sides of the county stood for arraignment Saturday on the same second-degree felony charge, felonious assault alleging a victim was seriously harmed. One of them calls Reynoldsburg home.

Jason Toler, 41, is charged in case 2026 CR A 013942 with felonious assault, according to court records. The sheriff’s booking record gives his full name as Jason Norris Toler. The court record describes no underlying facts and identifies no other person.

Toler was arrested October 30, 2026, and booked into the jail at James A. Karnes (booking 20261030030), sheriff’s records show. Bond was not set at arraignment in courtroom 4D.

Toler is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. The next step in a municipal court felony case is review by a Franklin County grand jury.
