CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – A reported break-in was investigated on Chief Lane in Chillicothe early Wednesday morning, according to the Ross County Sheriff’s Office call log.

The call came in at 2:42 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. A deputy was dispatched to Chief Lane after a caller thought someone had broken into her home.
