ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Minford woman was taken into custody Sunday after authorities served a warrant stemming from a Ross County felony indictment.
According to Ross County Common Pleas Court records, Trevia L. Parker, 59, of Minford, was indicted on August 7 in case 26CR000322.
Parker faces three felony charges:
- Failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony
- Vandalism, a fifth-degree felony
- Vandalism, a fifth-degree felony
Court records show the Ross County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office requested the issuance of a warrant when the indictment was filed. A warrant for Parker’s arrest and a certified copy of the indictment were subsequently issued to the Ross County Sheriff.
The docket shows the warrant was served on Parker on August 24. Jail records indicate she was arrested by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Ross County Jail at approximately 12:48 p.m.
Parker appeared for arraignment later that afternoon before Judge Michael M. Ater. Her case remains open and undisposed, with a criminal pretrial scheduled for September 21 at 10:15 a.m.
Jail records list Parker as being held on the failure-to-comply charge with a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
