Webster, a Portsmouth native, was chosen by his fellow troopers at the post, who pointed to his leadership abilities, professional ethics, courteous treatment of others, enthusiastic work attitude and cooperation with supervisors, peers and the public.

He joined the Patrol in 2024 and has served at the Portsmouth Post since graduating from the Patrol’s Training Academy.

Webster graduated from Portsmouth High School in 2014. He served in the U.S. Army from 2014 to 2017 with the 3rd Infantry Division, and this year he earned an associate degree in criminal justice from Southern New Hampshire University.
