Five Face Felony Charges Across Southern Ohio

Five people booked into jails across southern Ohio since Monday are facing felony charges.

Virginia Ann Beall

Beall was booked Monday, November 2, at 9:11 p.m. into the Highland County Jail on felony charges of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs, a schedule I or II substance. The Highland County Sheriff’s Office is listed as the arresting agency.

Denver Lee Melampy

Melampy was booked Tuesday, November 3, at 5:03 p.m. into the Highland County Jail on fifth-degree felony charges of misuse of a credit card and receiving stolen property. The Highland County Sheriff’s Office is listed as the arresting agency.

Timothy Daniel Bowles

Bowles was booked Wednesday, November 4, at 2:23 a.m. into the Pickaway County Jail on charges of possession of drugs, marijuana drug paraphernalia, having weapons while under disability, driving under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and pedestrian walking in the roadway. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office is listed as the arresting agency.

Tina Keger

Keger was booked Wednesday, November 4, at 12:19 p.m. into the Ross County Jail on a third-degree felony charge of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse. The Ohio State Patrol made the arrest. She is held with no bond.

Angela R Tombs

Tombs was booked Wednesday, November 4, at 12:49 p.m. into the Pickaway County Jail on charges of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse and possession of drugs. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office is listed as the arresting agency.

Charges are not a conviction. All five are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
