Two Columbus men were arraigned Monday on separate felony fleeing charges from arrests over the weekend.
Sokhom Chhay was arrested Sunday, Oct. 18 and charged with failure to comply, a third-degree felony at the grade alleging a substantial risk of physical harm. David Montoya was arrested the same day on the same charge, and jail records also show a felony probation violation against him from a 2025 case.
Court records do not describe either pursuit, and the two cases are not stated to be connected. Both men are being held in the Franklin County jail with bond not yet set.
