A Ross County woman remains in custody following her arrest on a drug-related charge earlier this week.
According to jail records, Megan Alicia Current, 37, was arrested on July 2, 2026, at approximately 3:17 p.m. by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office. The arresting officer is listed as Deputy Joshua Shears.
Records show Current was booked into the Ross County Jail later that day. She is currently being held on a charge of Possession of Drugs, which is pending in Chillicothe Municipal Court.
Jail records indicate that no bond amount has been entered and the charge remains active as the case proceeds through the court system.
