Pike County man jailed on felonious assault, strangulation charges

PIKE COUNTY, Ohio. A Pike County man is being held in the Fayette County Jail on charges including felonious assault and strangulation.

Justin Farkas was booked October 8. The Pike County roster lists charges of domestic violence (F5), strangulation, and felonious assault. Pike County does not operate its own jail, so its arrestees are housed in other counties; Farkas is being held in Fayette County for the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.

All charges are accusations. Farkas is innocent until proven guilty in court.
