Man with Marion County Impaired/Minor Nudity-Oriented Material Conviction Finds Himself in Ross County Jail

A man is back in custody after being booked into the Ross County Jail on a parole violation.

According to jail records, Lannie G. Pham, 21, was booked into the Ross County Jail at approximately 2:15 a.m. on July 29 on a parole violation. The arresting officer is listed as TPR Thompson.

Court records show Pham was previously convicted in Marion County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to the lesser-included offense of Attempt to Commit Illegal Use of a Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance, a third-degree felony. As part of the plea agreement, a second count was dismissed.

Pham was sentenced to 24 months in prison and placed under five years of post-release control after his release from prison on May 9, 2026, according to Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction records.

The jail roster does not specify what allegedly led to the parole violation, and no additional details have been released.

The parole violation allegation will be addressed through the appropriate legal process.
