Frankfort Man Indicted on Multiple Drug Trafficking Charges in Highland County

A Frankfort man is facing multiple felony drug charges after a Highland County Grand Jury returned an indictment earlier this month, according to court records.

Court records show 67-year-old Corey Wyatt Eurp was indicted on May 5 in Highland County Common Pleas Court on multiple charges related to methamphetamine and cocaine trafficking and possession.

According to the indictment, Eurp is charged with:

  • Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine (F4)
  • Aggravated Possession of Methamphetamine (F5)
  • Trafficking in Cocaine (F5)
  • Possession of Cocaine (F5)
  • Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine (F3)
  • Aggravated Possession of Methamphetamine (F3)
  • Trafficking in Cocaine (F3)
  • Possession of Cocaine (F3)

Court records also show a forfeiture specification was included in the indictment.

A warrant was issued following the indictment and directed to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office with a copy of the indictment attached, according to the docket.

The case was assigned to Judge Rocky A. Coss. A bond review hearing is scheduled for May 20, with additional pretrial hearings scheduled throughout the summer. Jury trial proceedings are currently set for July 20, 2026.

The case remains pending in Highland County Common Pleas Court.

All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
