Frankfort Man Arrested in January Now Indicted on Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition Charges in Ross County

A Frankfort man who was arrested earlier this year is now facing multiple felony charges following a Ross County grand jury indictment.

According to court records, Jeffrey J. Noble, of Frankfort, Ohio, was indicted on March 27, 2026.

The indictment includes:

Two counts of Rape (Felony 1st Degree) One count of Gross Sexual Imposition (Felony 3rd Degree) Two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition (Felony 4th Degree)

Court documents indicate Noble had already been taken into custody in January, with the indictment formalizing the charges after review by a grand jury.

A warrant was issued upon indictment and later served by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office. Noble is currently being held on a $500,000 bond.

He has also been ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims in this case.

The case remains open and pending. No further details were released on the case.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
