The highest felony case number on Friday’s arraignment sheets in Franklin County Municipal Court belongs to a Columbus woman charged with aggravated burglary.
Brittani Robinson, 34, is charged in case 2026 CR A 018236 with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, at the grade alleging that she inflicted, attempted to inflict, or threatened to inflict physical harm, according to court records.
The arraignment sheet does not describe the underlying incident, and no further details were available in the court record Friday. Franklin County Sheriff’s Office records show Robinson was arrested on October 22, 2026, and booked into the Franklin County jail. Bond had not been set in the case as of her arraignment in courtroom 4D.
Robinson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. Felony cases filed in municipal court are typically presented to a Franklin County grand jury, which decides whether to issue an indictment and move the case to the Court of Common Pleas.
We are seeking the Columbus police report in this case and will follow the grand jury’s decision.
