A Columbus man is in the Franklin County jail on felony charges of aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
Eugene Lamont Mosley Jr. was booked Friday, November 6, into the James A. Karnes Corrections Center. Jail records list one charge of aggravated burglary and seven charges of felonious assault. Bond has not been set, and his next court date is Saturday, November 7, in Franklin County Municipal Court.
Charges are not a conviction. Mosley is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
