CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A Circleville man is facing domestic violence and assault charges after two companion cases were filed Monday in Circleville Municipal Court.
Tyler J. Matthews was charged in two cases filed October 12, one alleging domestic violence and the other assault.
The filings were two of only three criminal cases the court took in that day. Details beyond the charges have not been released yet, and the court’s online records do not include the underlying report.
All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
