Chillicothe Woman Faces Fourth Criminal Case of 2026 Following Latest Arrst

A Chillicothe woman who has been the subject of multiple criminal cases this year is once again facing charges after her latest arrest landed her back in the Ross County Jail.

According to jail records, Pat A. Martin, 50, was arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department during the early morning hours of June 13 and booked into the Ross County Jail at approximately 4:43 a.m.

Martin is charged with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, a first-degree misdemeanor. Bond was set at $1,000 with a 10 percent provision, according to court records.

The arrest marks at least the fourth criminal case filed against Martin in Chillicothe Municipal Court during 2026.

Court records show Martin was previously charged with disorderly conduct intoxication in February and again in April. She was later charged with domestic violence following an April 26 arrest, a case that resulted in her being held in the Ross County Jail.

Now, less than two months later, Martin is once again facing an alcohol-related charge after being accused of being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

As of Friday, Martin remained listed as an inmate at the Ross County Jail while the newest case proceeds through Chillicothe Municipal Court.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
