Reynoldsburg Woman, 25, Charged With Aggravated Burglary and Abduction in Franklin County

Two felony charges, aggravated burglary and abduction, were read Thursday in Franklin County Municipal Court against a Reynoldsburg woman whose case number dates to an earlier filing series.

Danaja Waller, 25, is charged in case 2026 CR A 015290 with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, at the grade alleging physical harm was inflicted, attempted, or threatened, and with abduction, a third-degree felony, at the grade alleging she removed another person from the place where that person was found, according to court records. The case is listed under Franklin County Sheriff’s Office jurisdiction in Columbus. Because the case number is from an older series, the original filing date could not be confirmed from the arraignment sheet, and the sheet describes no underlying incident.

Sheriff’s records show Waller was arrested October 28, 2026, and booked into the jail at James A. Karnes (booking 20261028043). Bond was not set on either count at arraignment in courtroom 4D.

Waller is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. Her felony case is expected to go before a Franklin County grand jury.
