Nine felony counts were read against Artigues Jackson in Franklin County Municipal Court on Wednesday, the broadest set of charges on the day’s felony arraignment sheets, according to court records.
Jackson appeared in courtroom 4D on October 21, 2026, in case number 2026 CR A 017561. Five of the counts charge second-degree felonious assault at the weapon grade. The remaining counts charge discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, discharging a firearm over a public road or highway, having a weapon while under disability, and carrying a concealed loaded handgun, according to the arraignment record.
The arraignment record gives no details about the shooting behind the charges.
Jackson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court, and the case will move forward through the Franklin County court system.
