CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Two men were arrested Tuesday afternoon after Chillicothe police responded to a reported robbery in progress at Sherman Park, according to police and jail records.
The Chillicothe Police Department report states officers were dispatched to 801 Sherman Park shortly after 11:18 a.m. on September 23 for a possible robbery in progress. The incident was ultimately classified as aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony under Ohio law.
According to the report, the alleged offense involved a shotgun and a blunt object. The report also indicates the incident was drug-related. Police listed the offense as completed and noted that no forced entry occurred.
