A man was booked into the Ross County Jail Friday evening following an arrest by the Ohio State Patrol.
According to jail records, Kyle A. Hurley, 43, was arrested at approximately 8:03 p.m. on July 31 by the Ohio State Patrol. He was later booked into the Ross County Jail at 10:52 p.m.
Jail records show Hurley is facing two charges:
- Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a third-degree felony
- Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI), a first-degree misdemeanor
Court records indicate a 10% bond was set at $2,000 on the OVI charge. As of the latest jail update, no bond had been listed on the felony failure to comply charge, and the case remained pending.
