The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office officially kicked off the 2026 Clermont County Fair Parade on Saturday, with Sheriff Stratton leading the procession alongside members of several of the agency’s specialized units.
According to the sheriff’s office, the parade was led by the Sheriff’s Honor Guard carrying the colors, followed by the Motorcycle Unit, Task Force-1 Dive Rescue, and the Special Response Team (SRT).
The event also showcased several specialized vehicles and equipment used by the agency, including the Dive Rescue boat, armored tactical vehicles, and other emergency response apparatus, giving parade attendees an opportunity to see some of the resources available to serve Clermont County.
The annual fair parade serves as the ceremonial opening of the Clermont County Fair and brings together first responders, community organizations, local officials, and residents in a longstanding community tradition.
The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office said it was proud to participate in the event and thanked those who came out to support the parade and the county fair.
