Circleville Woman Indicted on Fentanyl, Cocaine, and OVI-Related Charges

A Circleville woman is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following a Ross County Grand Jury indictment.

According to Ross County Common Pleas Court records, Kayla M. Walker, 33, of Circleville, was indicted on May 29, 2026, on the following charges:

  • Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a fourth-degree felony.
  • Possession of Cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
  • Three counts of Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI), first-degree misdemeanors.

Court records show prosecutors requested a warrant upon indictment, and a warrant was issued on May 29. The warrant was later returned by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office on June 11, indicating Walker had been taken into custody.

During an arraignment held June 12, Judge Michael M. Ater set bond at $25,000 cash or surety. Court records state that if bond is posted, Walker will be subject to pretrial supervision requirements, including weekly testing.

A pretrial conference has been scheduled for July 10, 2026, in Ross County Common Pleas Court.

At the time of her arrest, jail records indicate Walker was being held in the Ross County Jail on a warrant related to a possession of drugs case.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and Walker is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
