Massieville Woman Arrested Following Drug Indictment

A Massieville woman who was previously convicted in a Ross County drug case nearly two decades ago is once again facing drug-related charges.

Kelli J. Beeler, 47, was arrested Thursday morning and booked into the Ross County Jail after deputies served an indictment warrant stemming from a Ross County Grand Jury indictment. She is currently charged with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Court records show the indictment was returned on May 15, 2026, with a warrant issued the same day. Following her arrest on June 11, Beeler appeared in court, where she was released under pretrial supervision pending further proceedings. A pretrial conference has been scheduled for July 10.

The new charge marks a return to the criminal justice system nearly 20 years after Beeler was first indicted on serious drug offenses in Ross County.

Records from 2006 show Beeler was indicted on charges including illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, trafficking in drugs, and possession of drugs. She later entered guilty pleas and was sentenced in 2007 to five years of community control and ordered to complete a Community Based Correctional Facility program.

However, court records indicate Beeler later violated the terms of her community control. In 2009, a judge imposed prison sentences related to the original case, including terms for aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals used in drug manufacturing.

Now, nearly two decades after those original drug convictions, Beeler is once again facing felony drug allegations in Ross County.

The case remains pending. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
