A Chillicothe woman currently being held in the Ross County Jail has now been arrested at least three times in 2026, according to jail and court records.
Pat A. Martin, 50, of Chillicothe, is currently in custody following an arrest on April 26, 2026. She is facing a charge of domestic violence (M1), with bond set at $2,500.
Court records show this is not her first encounter with law enforcement this year.
Martin was previously charged twice in 2026 with disorderly conduct (intoxication):
- February 12, 2026 incident (filed February 18)
- April 7, 2026 incident (filed April 9)
Both prior cases stem from alleged intoxication-related incidents within the City of Chillicothe.
Her most recent arrest marks at least the third time she has been taken into custody or charged this year.
Martin remains incarcerated at the Ross County Jail as of the latest available records.
