A man with outstanding warrants dating back to 2022 is now in custody at the Ross County Jail following his recent arrest in Chillicothe.
According to jail records, Darrian Wesley Detty was taken into custody on April 2, 2026, by the Chillicothe Police Department. He is currently being held on a charge of criminal mischief, with a bond set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Court records show a case originating in 2022 for felonious assault. Additional filings in 2024 indicate another warrant was issued for Detty for Criminal Mischief.
Both warrants were ultimately served this week, bringing the case back before the court after several years.
Detty is scheduled to appear in Chillicothe Municipal Court on April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
