CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Ross County woman previously convicted of felony drug possession has been sentenced to 10 months in prison after violating the terms of her community control.
According to court records, Danielle Dunn was indicted on January 24, 2025, on a charge of Possession of Cocaine, a fifth-degree felony under Ohio law.
Dunn was arrested in March 2025 and later entered a guilty plea in April. On May 27, 2025, the Ross County Court of Common Pleas sentenced her to two years of community control, commonly referred to as probation. As part of her sentence, she was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any recommended treatment, and comply with standard probation conditions.
Court records indicate the judge reserved a 10-month prison sentence in the event of a violation.
In late December 2025, the Ross County Probation Department filed a petition alleging a violation of community control. A capias warrant was issued for Dunn’s arrest.
She was taken into custody in early February 2026, and following a hearing, the court found her in violation of the terms of her supervision.
On February 5, 2026, the court revoked her community control and imposed the previously reserved 10-month prison sentence, with nine days of jail-time credit.
The case has since been marked closed in court records.
