We primarily consider removal requests when the charges have been dropped or dismissed and you can point us to a verifiable public court docket confirming the outcome. Requests are reviewed individually.
We absolutely do not charge or accept any type of payment to remove mugshots.
Only the adult pictured in the booking photo may submit a request. Parents, spouses, friends, or others cannot request removal on someone else's behalf.
