A Chillicothe man currently under Adult Parole Authority supervision is listed on the Ross County Sheriff’s Office sex offender registry as a Tier I sex offender.
According to the registry, Edward Roy Brown Jr., 53, is registered at an address at 242 East Main Street in Chillicothe. The listing describes Brown as a Black male, approximately 5-foot-11 and 220 pounds, with sleeve tattoos on both arms and tattoos on his forehead and neck.
Records from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction show Brown was admitted into the Southeastern Correctional Institution on Sept. 11, 2018. Court records tied to Ross County cases indicate Brown was sentenced on multiple offenses, including:
