Trenton S. Kuhn has been indicted on felony drug charges in Ross County.
A Chillicothe man is facing numerous felony drug charges after a Ross County Grand Jury indictment tied to alleged fentanyl trafficking offenses.
According to Ross County Common Pleas Court records, 39-year-old Trenton S. Kuhn was indicted on multiple felony charges, including aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl.
Court records show the case was filed on May 15, 2026, in Ross County Common Pleas Court. The case was later reopened on May 19, 2026.
Among the charges listed in court records are:
- Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs — Felony of the 3rd Degree
- Multiple counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl — including 3rd and 4th Degree felonies
- Possession of Fentanyl — Felony of the 2nd Degree
Court records also indicate warrants were issued to the Ross County Sheriff’s Office following the indictment.
The case remains pending in Ross County Common Pleas Court before Judge Michael M. Ater.
