Chillicothe, Ohio — A 34-year-old Chillicothe man who is locally known for maintaining a presence on TikTok was arrested Wednesday night following a reported domestic incident involving a 10-year-old child on Madera Avenue.
Officers with the Chillicothe Police Department were dispatched at approximately 8:45 p.m. on February 18 regarding a possible child abuse complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a 32-year-old woman and her 10-year-old son.
According to the report, the child has documented learning disabilities and possible autism. The mother expressed concern over disciplinary actions taken earlier in the evening.
Police observed and photographed visible red welts and bruising on the child’s upper back and arms. • Endangering Children (ORC 2919.22)
