State Route 665 in Franklin County will close for 12 days starting Monday, October 19, 2026, for a culvert replacement.
The Ohio Department of Transportation District 6 listed the closure in its weekly road project report for October 18 to October 24. The closed stretch runs between U.S. 62 and Norton Road.
ODOT posted a detour for drivers. The route is SR 665 to U.S. 62 to I-71 to SR 56, or the same route in reverse, depending on which direction you are traveling.
If SR 665 is part of your regular drive, plan on the detour for the full 12 days and give yourself extra time, especially during morning and evening travel. Watch for closure signs and crews near the work site, and slow down in the area.
All work is weather permitting, per ODOT. Heavy rain or other bad weather can shift a schedule like this, so check before you head out if conditions turn rough. We will update this brief if ODOT announces a change or the road reopens early.
