CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe woman has been charged with domestic violence in a case filed Monday in Chillicothe Municipal Court.

Heather R. Simmons’ case was filed October 12 and was the only domestic violence filing among the 12 criminal cases the court took in that day.
