A Chillicothe man is back behind bars after a judge revoked his privilege to serve jail time on a deferred schedule.
According to Ross County Jail records, Tre Valentine Beverly, 32, of Chillicothe, was booked into the Ross County Jail on July 8, 2026, and is being held on a misdemeanor domestic violence conviction.
Court records indicate that on July 7, Judge Michael Washburn ordered Beverly committed to the Ross County Jail to serve 125 days after revoking the court’s previous allowance for him to serve days in jail on a deferred sentence. The entry further states that a warrant was issued related to a failure to serve those required jail days.
Beverly was booked into the jail later that evening and is currently listed as serving the court-ordered sentence.
