A Chillicothe man has been sentenced to prison following a conviction in Ross County Common Pleas Court for Failure to Comply with the Order or Signal of a Police Officer.
According to Ross County Common Pleas Court records, Rocky Conley Sr. was convicted on one count of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer, a fourth-degree felony under Ohio Revised Code 2921.331.
Court records show Conley entered a guilty plea in April 2026. On April 24, 2026, Judge Michael Ater sentenced Conley to 12 months in prison with 41 days of jail-time credit.
Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction records indicate Conley was admitted to the Correctional Reception Center on May 11, 2026, and is currently listed as incarcerated. His projected release/parole eligibility date is March 30, 2027.
The case was filed in Ross County Common Pleas Court under case number 25CR433.
