ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Waverly man is facing multiple charges following a recent indictment in Ross County Common Pleas Court.
According to court records, Bradley M. Steele, of Waverly, was indicted on April 10, 2026, on the following charges:
Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Police Officer (F4) Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments (M2) Obstructing Official Business (M2) Resisting Arrest (M2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M4)
The case originated in Chillicothe Municipal Court before being bound over to the grand jury.
Court records indicate a warrant was issued following the indictment and later returned as served by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office.
Steele has since appeared for arraignment, and the case remains open and pending in Common Pleas Court. A pre-trial hearing is currently scheduled for May 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. before Judge Matthew S. Schmidt.
