A Londonderry man will begin his sentence after being convicted and sentenced in a Ross County criminal case involving multiple felony charges.
According to court records, Corey S. Moore, of Londonderry, was charged with:
Two counts of Assault (F4) Harassment with a bodily substance (F5) Obstructing (F5) Resisting arrest (M1)
Moore entered a guilty plea on February 19, 2026, and was later formally convicted.
On March 31, 2026, a judgment entry of sentence was filed, outlining the following prison terms:
12 months on Count 1 (Assault) 12 months on Count 2 (Assault) 30 months on Count 3 (Harassment with bodily substance) 8 months on Count 4 (Obstructing)
All sentences are to be served concurrently, meaning Moore will serve a maximum of 30 months in prison.
Court records also indicate Moore received 254 days of jail-time credit. His bond was released, and court costs were waived.
